Actually, I can see that. Cats' ears do look a little like light sockets, all rilled and banded, and if you had a light bulb of the right size and a sleep deficit or alcohol surplus of the right size, plus a forgiving cat, then, well...

Your cats have it easy. I'm constantly shrieking things like, "HUBBY!!! Don't put the cat on the ceiling fan!" and "HUBBY!!! Why the HELL did you let the cat drink out of the toilet?!?!" And the all time classic, "Oh, God, Hubby...you let the cat into the Listerine again..." (this last one actually has a bonus of the cat being a hella mellow drunk)
